bryan and ann, car scene |
just a few days ago, laoshi gave us this requirement instead of a written (final) exam. a 15-minute film. we are group of nine (9) members and everybody is supposed to be part of the story we have conceptualized. we did not have our script done ahead of time because of the other time-consuming requirements, so we did everything spontaneously. the lines were done a few minutes before recording the scenes. the challenging part was that it has to be in complete mandarin. thanks to the dictionary, google translate, and the chinese members of the group, for making it less difficult! haha
pastil, the aftermath |

all the actors/actresses tried their best to make it look good. we just did not have the luxury of time to redo the scenes that were not so smoothly taped. ayos lang. di naman kame pro.
where it all happened |
during our first day of amateur filming, we were not able to shoot at the abandoned bus because we were all afraid. srsly. we did it the day after. i think it was about 9pm when we went to this dark and empty street. there weren't enough sources of light. it was surrounded by tall grass, huge trees and dogs. we did not mind about the stories we heard about this place for the sake of our grades. fortunately, everything went fine. especially the ___ part. haha.
i have no idea how the other groups are doing. good luck to all of us.
