sunburned skin and goggles

had lunch with my mom after the swimming competition

last december 3 of 2011, i joined the swimming team of the accountancy academic organization (aao) to compete for the yearly ateneo fiesta, where all colleges, departments, units and staff compete in both sports and non-sports activities. i didn't wake up on time during the competition. call time was at 7am. woke up on the exact same time. so, after all the hustling, i managed to be there and had an ample time to get my body warmed up. some of my friends went there to cheer for aao and for me. hahaha! and they were expecting me to help the relay team earn another gold... and we did. (hooray!)

after a few weeks of practice, i am now darker than before. err! >_< wish i can gain my natural skin tone back. i'm an overcooked barbeque now. (sigh) i wasn't this conscious before. i just want people to stop saying how darker i have become. well, at least i enjoyed my last ateneo fiesta, as a student. made good memories under the sun. (haha) and by the way, i'm well compensated by that medal. yes!
