one big red team

last 12/25/11, me and my siblings, together with my parents, wore plain red tees--something my kuya gave to each of the member of the family. he came home with his wife from baltimore the night before Christmas eve, a surprise that left us all in awe--or something close to that (haha). we really didn't have a single clue about his homecoming.

Christmas shirts from kuya lester
we weren't able to take a family photo with the shirts on because some came late and some had prior commitments, so they left before the others came. nonetheless, we were all at sta. maria having fun with the extended family--incomplete yet genuinely happy. i wish anti didi and the rest were with us.

the food was great. gifts were abundant. we had raffles of some sort with increasing cash prizes. the old people played poker. the younger ones danced their butts off with the dance central 2 and all the other sports available in the console. the kids played with their toys and were just as happy. it was such a big day for us.

oh well. after three long years, i guess, kuya will be tasting zamboanga once again. welcome home and thanks for the presents kuys
